Preparation method 
1st service 
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the pea soup while stirring and serve. 

2nd service 
Put the potted eggs in a pot of cold water, wet up to the lid. Bring the pot of water to a boil, then turn off the heat. Let stand 5 minutes. 

Meanwhile, place the patties in a non-stick skillet over medium heat to warm them up. Reserve. 

For the perfect bite, spread the galette with foie gras, eggs and garnish with maple jelly. 

3rd service 
Preheat the oven to 350F, place the dish of beans and meatballs uncovered. Roast for 10 minutes and dissolve with a little water if necessary. 

Meanwhile, in a saucepan of cold water, submerge the bag of ham, bring to a boil, turn off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes in the water. Serve in a deep plate to accommodate the juice. 

Enjoy the salad to accompany the two hot dishes. 

4th service 
Unmold the sides of the caramel cream using the blade of a knife. Invert it onto a plate and serve.

Ingredients
Pea soup: Yellow peas, pork, water, onions, carrots, celeriac, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Egg in a pot: Egg, pork, potato, milk, cream, flour, butter, salt and pepper.
Buckwheat pancakes: Buckwheat flour, water, flour (wheat), baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Foie gras parfait: Duck foie gras, cream, butter, maple syrup, eggs, sugar, gelatin, brandy, salt, nitrite salt and pepper.
Ham and broth: Pork, potatoes, celeriac, cabbage, water, maple syrup, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Coleslaw: Celeriac, turnip, cabbage, olive oil, canola oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
Beans and meatballs: White beans, duck, pork, onions, salted bacon, maple syrup, brown sugar, molasses, salt and pepper. Pork, onions, breadcrumbs (wheat), cream, eggs, garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt and pepper.
Maple caramel cream: Evaporated milk, condensed maple milk, maple syrup, egg yolks and salt. Maple condensed milk cane: Evaporated milk, liquid sugar, maple syrup, lactose.

Conservation

Fresh produce, keep refrigerated. Can be frozen. To be consumed within 5 days of receiving your order.
