French Onion Soup
Foie gras parfait - Cranberry jelly
Onion bread
Baked Jersey Royal cheese - Candied fruits
Cod brandade - Parsley, biquinho pepper
Duck pie - Shallots shallot jam
Spaghetti Squash Salad - Pumpkin Seed Butter
Queen Elizabeth Cake - Marshmallow and Maple Chip

Presentation
For 2 people.

Preparation method
Take out the cake to let it cool.

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Remove the onion bread from the bag, remove the covers of the soups, brandade and garnished cheese.

On a baking sheet, place the onion bread, soups, brandade, garnished cheese. Heat everything for 15 minutes in the oven.

Remove the bread, soups, brandade and cheese from the oven. Eat the starters accompanied by the cold foie gras terrine.

Remove the pâté from the box, place it on the baking sheet. Reheat the pâté for 20 minutes in the oven.

Remove the pâté from the oven and serve with the orange marmalade and salad on the side.

Before serving the dessert, put the cake in the oven for 3 minutes.

Onion soup: Onion, veal stock, cheddar, pork, flour, beer, yeast, olive oil, rosemary, salt, pepper.
Foie gras parfait: Foie gras, cream, butter, eggs, sugar, brandy, salt, pepper, nitrite salt.
Cranberry jelly: Cranberry concentrate, water, maple syrup, sugar, thyme, gelatin,
Onion bread: Flour, onions, butter, milk, egg, sugar, salt, dry yeast.
Soft cheese: Cheese, shallots, pecans, apples, cranberries, sage, cherries, sugar.
Cod brandade: Cod, milk, garlic scapes, potatoes, milk, olive oil, leeks, lemon, pepper.
Duck pie: Duck, potatoes, flour, butter, carrots, onions, duck fat, mushrooms, red wine, tomatoes, veal stock, milk, egg, ariette, cornstarch, salt, pepper, anti -gluten.
Shallots marmalade: Shallots, oranges, sugar, water, star anise.
Spaghetti squash salad: Squash, radicchio, cabbage, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, buckwheat seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed, maple syrup, parsley mustard, nutritional yeast, cider vinegar, canola oil, water , sugar, salt, pepper.
Queen Elizabeth Cake: Flour, butter, date, sugar, milk, egg, coconut, cream, cranberries, wintergreen, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Contains: nuts, gluten, egg, milk, mustard.
