Our version of the classic cassoulet, a rich, slow-cooked casserole from the South of France, containing different meats and white beans.
Fresh product. To be savoured within 5 days of receiving your order. The cassoulet can be frozen.
Lingot beans, duck, porc, lamb, cheese sausage (porc, cheese, brown sugar, salt mustard powder, paprika, nitrate, garlic, coriander seeds, pepper and chilli flakes), carrots, tomatoes, breadcrumbs, duck fat, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
Serves 2 to 4.
Preheat the over at 350F. Unwrap the bowl and place it on a cookie pan. On the middle rack of the oven, let it cook for 45 minutes. Leave to resto for two minutes. Serve.
Procedures for thawing
Place the dish on a large plate and leave it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Follow the preparation method once thawed.
