Duck leg, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. 

1 unit.

Preparation method
Preheat the oven at 350F. Heat a non-adhesive dry pan at high until very hot. Open the bag and take out the duck leg consciously leaving its fat and juice in it. Place the let, skin sided, on the heated pan for two minutes, or until grilled. Turn off the heat and cover. Finish cooking in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Use a spatula to delicately detach the leg from the pan and serve on your favorite plate. 

Procedures for thawing
Place the dish on a large plate and leave it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Follow the preparation method once thawed.
