This item includes fries, cheese curds, foie gras and the legendary foie gras sauce.


Fresh product. Must be consumed within 5 days of receiving your order. Keep the fries frozen.


Potato, foie gras, cheese, egg yolk, corn starch, glucose, wheat flour, dextrose, dehydrated vegetables, soy protein and corn, mono sodium glutamate, caramel powder, paprika, torula yeast, xanthan gum , citric acid, spices, aromas, maple syrup, canola oil, duck fat, salt and pepper.

Method of preparation

Fries : Preheat the oven at 450F then grind the blanched potatoes on a baking sheet. Cook for 30 minutes depending on your oven, or until the color of your fries are golden brown. once cooked, season immediately.

Foie gras Option 1: Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. Immerse the bag containing the foie gras in boiling water for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Take the foie gras out of the water with a pair of tongs and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Options 2: Meanwhile, in a skillet over high heat, coloring the foie gras for 30 seconds on each side. Finish cooking in the oven at 450F for a period of 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let sit for 3 minutes.

Sauce: The pan of fire water and plunge the bag of sauce into the water for 3 minutes.

Plating : Place the cheese at the bottom of a presentation plate, add the fries, the foie gras and finish with the sauce.
