Garlic flower pesto recipe
- 75g garlic flower puree
- 250ml parsley or 15g
- 75g baby spinach or 500ml
- 75g walnuts
- 200ml olive oil
- 75g parmesan
- 4 pinches of salt
- Put the garlic flower puree, parsley and spinach in the food processor and puree.
- Add the walnuts and Parmesan cheese to the machine and switch on.
- Keeping the appliance running, add the olive oil and salt.
