Ingredients
Garlic flower and olive oil.

Garlic flower pesto recipe

  • 75g garlic flower puree
  • 250ml parsley or 15g
  • 75g baby spinach or 500ml
  • 75g walnuts
  • 200ml olive oil
  • 75g parmesan
  • 4 pinches of salt


Preparation

  1. Put the garlic flower puree, parsley and spinach in the food processor and puree.
  2. Add the walnuts and Parmesan cheese to the machine and switch on.
  3. Keeping the appliance running, add the olive oil and salt.
  4. Enjoy!
