Ham and cheese pie

Ham from the PDC farm and Cendré cheese from Fromagerie Charlevoix.

Sold frozen. Do not defrost before cooking! Can stay up to 6 months in the freezer.

Ham, milk, cheese, corn, butter, flour, dijon mustard, egg, salt and pepper.

Method of preparation
Preheat the oven to 425F. Place the pie on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Lower the oven to 325F and bake for 1 hour. Take the pie out of the oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.

For 4 to 6 people.
