For 4 people.
Chicken: Chicken, cabbage, white wine, onions, pork, carrots, butter, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Sauce: Poultry stock, onions, tomatoes, cider, butter, flour, garlic, thyme, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Candied cranberries: Cranberries, maple syrup, orange, sugar, thyme, Juniper berry.
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Take the chicken out of its packaging and place it in a roasting pan, bake on the center grill for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. Place the bag of sauce in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove the sauce bag from the water using tongs. Open the bag by cutting off a corner, then serve in a gravy boat.
- The candied cranberries are served cold, just open the bag and serve in a presentation bowl.
