Stuffed duck confit, orange sauce, a foie gras terrine and a bottle of Samara wine, 375 ml.

Savour the foie gras terrine with croutons and our homemade apple jelly. 

Fresh product. To be savoured within 7 days of receiving your order. The duck can be frozen, however not the terrine.

Foie gras terrine: Foie gras, salt and pepper. Duck: Whole duck, duck fat, mushrooms, potatoes, onions, bread (wheat flour, wheat semolina, yeast, and salt), chicken, cream, chicken broth, brandy, maple syrup, maple vinegar, white wine, orange juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, pepper and salt.

Serves 8 to 10.

Preparation method
Place the bag with the duck in boiling water for 35 minutes. Open and place the content in a roasting pan at 350F for 35 minutes. During cooking water the duck with its juices. Put the duck in a serving dish and collect the caramelized juices, add water if necessary to pour it as a sauce on the duck.
