Pork, olive oil, garlic, thyme, flavoured salt (sea salt, fir, juniper, parsley, sage, garlic) and pepper.
Method of preparation
In a medium pan, melt a knob of butter and brown the pork chop for 4 minutes on each side, drizzle the meat with the cooking fat in the meantime. Finish cooking in the oven for 5 minutes at 325F.
