This menu for 2 includes the famous pea soup from the Cabane d'à Côté, duck beans, buckwheat pancake sandwich, coleslaw, ham steak, a PDC mustard and maple dulce de leche caramel cream .

Fresh products, keep refrigerated. Can be frozen. To consume within 7 days after receiving your order.

Pea soup: Yellow peas, pork, pork rind, onions, carrots, celeriac, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Duck beans: Navy beans, duck, onions, salted bacon, maple syrup, brown sugar, molasses, salt and pepper.
Pancake sandwich: Cheddar or Fleurmier, maple bacon, buckwheat flour, water, blanched flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Coleslaw: Green cabbage, onions, carrots, duck fat, mirrin, butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
Ham steak: Pork, maple syrup, thyme, salt and pepper.
Caramel cream with maple dulce de leche: Evaporated milk, maple condensed milk, maple syrup, egg yolks and salt.

Method of preparation
Pea Soup: In a saucepan over low heat, heat the soup and serve.
Duck beans: In a saucepan over low heat, heat the beans and serve.
Pancake sandwich: Grill the sandwich in a hot pan with a little bit of butter, 3 minutes on each sides. 
Coleslaw: Remove the lid from the container, heat the coleslaw in the microwave for about 1 minute. Enjoy.
Ham steak: Immerse the bag in a pan of simmering water for 10 minutes. Take the bag out of the water using tongs. Open the bag and place the steak and its juice on a presentation plate.
Cream of caramel with maple dulce de leche: Unmold the sides of the container using the blade of a knife. Turn over with a plate and serve.
