Sold frozen. Must be consumed within 7 days after thawing it. 

Pork, paprika, olive oil, garlic, salt, chili flakes, cumin, coriander and black pepper.

Method of preparation
Raw product. Preheat the oven to 350F. In a skillet, sear over medium heat, 2 minutes on each side. Bake until internal cooking of 70C. Let rest.
