PDC Tourtière

This is our definition of a real, traditional Christmas meat pie!

Our PDC tourtière is at its best when served with the PDC ketchup and a very well vinegar seasoned salad (preferably PDC vinegar).


Sold frozen. Do not unfreeze before cooking! The tourtière can stay frozen for up to six months.

Flour, butter, eggs. Pork, white wine, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, cloves, cinnamon, thym, salt and pepper.

Serves 4 to 8.

Preperation method

conventionnal oven
For better results, place the meat pie on a cookie pan in the oven to prevent spills. Heat the oven at 425F. Coat the tourtière with an egg yolk before putting it on the cooking pan. Let it cook for 30 minutes, then lower the heat to 325F and let it cook for another 120 minutes.
