Fresh product. To be savoured within 7 days of receiving your order. The stew can be frozen, marinades cannot.

Piglet shank, ground pork, potatoes, onions, breadcrumbs, cream, eggs, garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, flour, corn starch, pickles, beets, salt & pepper.

Preparation method
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place the bag of pig’s feet ragout in and decrease the heat. Let it cook for 45 minutes and remove bag with thongs. Open and serve on your favorite plate and garnish with the marinade.

Procedures for thawing
Place the dish on large plate and leave it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Follow the preparation method once thawed.

Serves 2 to 3.
