Frozen product. Can be kept for up to 6 months in the freezer.

Flour, butter, shrimps, potatoes, onions, leeks, mussels, clams, scallops, turbot, whelks, lobster, squid, clams, seaweed, cream, white wine, cider, water, carrots, tomatoes, thyme, tarragon, brandy , garlic, coriander seeds, canola oil, salt, pepper, cayenne, anti-gluten.

For 4 to 6 people.

Preparation method
Bake frozen. Preheat the oven to 450F. Remove the wrapping and place the pâté on a baking sheet. Brush the pâté with an egg yolk then put everything in the middle of the grid. Bake 40 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for 90 minutes, or until bottom dough is cooked through (continue baking for 15 more minutes if needed). Take the pâté out of the oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
