Packed in a vacuum/sealed bag. In order to serve, slice open the vacuum bag with a knife and place the whole content in a plate. Peel away the dividing paper. Drizzle with our Au Pied de Cochon olive oil an half a tab of our maple syrup, then spread the whole thing evenly with the back of a spoon.

Eat with a fork... Enjoy.

Do not freeze. To be savoured within 10 days of receiving your order. 

Pork buttock, sea salt, sugar, nitrite, pepper, genever, nutmeg, sodium erythorbate, lactic culture, clove and cinnamon.
