Sugar season

Cabane Au Pied de Cochon

The sugar season at la cabane à sucre Au Pied de Cochon goes from around mid February until the beginning of May.

La cabane à sucre Au Pied de Cochon becomes for a whole season, a real live laboratory and reclaims the traditional sugar shack.

Each spring the sugar brigade invites you to discover a real elaborate feast around maple syrup products. And, whether it has been inspired by a recent trip of Martin Picard in Italy, to Japan or to Morocco, or simply pulling its origins from authentic quebecois folklore, every new menu pushes always further the limits of creativity.

The Cabane offers a set menu.

Cabane d'à Côté

La Cabane d’à côté is open all year round.

There, traditional food, slightly revisited is served. The atmosphere is more intimate and cosy, but nonetheless spectacular, where expertise and know-how come and go, in a real show. An out of this world traditional meal, subliming a mix of odors and a complexity of flavors, one dish after the other.

The menu offers a beautiful variety of organic and natural wines, responsible for the environment, which puts forward winemakers chosen to become organically ingrained with our philosophy: a desire to serve local products, from our farm to your table.

The cost of the experience is $58 (plus taxes and service) per person. Children from 4 to 12 years can benefit a reduced price. Free for kids under 3.
