Apple cake
Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 1 can of maple condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 150g flour
- 100 ml of vegetable oil
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Separate the white from the yolks. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the maple condensed milk, and the flour.
- Mix the apples and oil and then add them to the mix.
- Beat the whites in snow, and gently add them to the mixture.
- Pour into a pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve with a drip of maple syrup.
