- 100g of powdered sugar
- 100g of butter
- 350g of maple condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula or wooden spoon: the mixture should thicken and start to detach itself from the sides of the pan.
- Pour into a heat-resistant hollow dish.
- Store at room temperature.
