Cheesecake verrines


For the crust:

  • 3/4 cup graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

For the cheese:

  • 1 packet of cream cheese
  • 1 can of maple condensed milk
  • 1/3 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Crust: combine all the ingredients and reserve.
  2. Cheese: whip the cream cheese until you obtain a foam. Gradually add the condensed maple milk and beat until the mixture is smooth. Add the lemon and vanilla. Assemble everything by alternating layers of crusts and cheese.
  3. Refrigerate 3 hours.
