Cheesecake verrines
Ingredients
For the crust:
- 3/4 cup graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup of sugar
For the cheese:
- 1 packet of cream cheese
- 1 can of maple condensed milk
- 1/3 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Crust: combine all the ingredients and reserve.
- Cheese: whip the cream cheese until you obtain a foam. Gradually add the condensed maple milk and beat until the mixture is smooth. Add the lemon and vanilla. Assemble everything by alternating layers of crusts and cheese.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
