- half a cane of maple condensed milk
- 150 g of chocolate
- 250 ml of cream 35%
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the condensed milk and mix well.
- Whip the cream, stir in a third of it with the chocolate and condensed milk mix and whip vigorously. Then add the rest of the cream and mix gently.
- Put in the freezer 4 hours, enjoy.
