Chocolate spread


  • 60 ml of unsalted butter
  • 240g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 can of 300ml maple condensed milk
  • 180ml grilled pecans, finely chopped


  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Keep in an airtight container.

Makes 2 cups.
