La Cabane d'à côté / the shack nextdoor, sits on the land next to the Érablière Au Pied de Cochon.
There, traditional food, slightly revisited is served. The concept is based on the idea of preparing the dishes right in front of customers, highlighting the use of the cabane's masterpiece oven, the woodfire evaporator. The atmosphere is more intimate and cosy, but nonetheless spectacular, where expertise and know-how come and go, in a real show. From mid February to mid May, our cooks will prepare an out of this world traditional meal, subliming a mix of odors and a complexity of flavors, one dish after the other.
A spectacular view on the orchard as a backdrop, will set the tone for the global experience, in the very middle of the woods.

INFORMATION - LA CABANE D’À CÔTÉ 

The Cabane offers a set menu. The cost of the experience is $56 (plus taxes and service) per person. Please be aware that this menu is not designed to accommodate people with severe allergies or special diets. If you still decide to participate in the experience despite a food allergy/intolerance/special diet, you must notify your server upon arrival so that he/she can tell you the composition of the dishes throughout your meal. Children from 4 to 12 years can benefit a reduced price. Free for kids under 4 (high chairs available).

SCHEDULE - LA CABANE D’À CÔTÉ - SUGAR SEASON

Please note that the Cabane d’à côté is open for the Maple season from Wednesday to Sunday, February 15th to May 13th. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance via the Bookenda system.

OFF SEASON - LA CABANE D’À CÔTÉ
