We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our site illegally or if you violate the terms of acceptable use.
Sales of goods and services
This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.
The goods we offer include: Food and Merchandise.
The goods linked to this document are the goods which are displayed on our site at the time
you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service we provide. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.
Sold by third parties
Our site may offer goods from third-party companies. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods made available by third parties on our site.
We accept the following payment methods on this site: Visa and MasterCard Credit cards.
When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or any of our terms of service, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
Transport and delivery
When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and agree to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that you are responsible for monitoring your method of payment. We propose delivery anywhere in Canada, via Purolator, for non-edible items from our online store. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to track the journey of your package. Delivery times are between 10 and 15 working days. Delivery costs vary according to the weight of your package and the distance it will have to travel.
We propose home delivery or point-of-sale pickup for our entire online store during the holiday season and the sugaring-off season, according to dates determined periodically by our team. Our points of sale are also determined periodically.
We offer delivery to the United States, via Purolator, for non-edible items from our online store. However, you must contact us by email, via email@example.com in order to proceed.
It is possible to receive a credit (applicable on site: in store, at the restaurant and/or at the hut), a partial refund and/or a total refund.
The customer must respect a period of 30 days following the purchase to make any request for credit, partial and/or total refund.
Note, however, that no refund request is applicable on food (with some exceptions). Please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
In order to be able to proceed with the credit and/or the partial and/or total refund of an item, an invoice in paper and/or electronic version is necessary (order reference number).
In the case of a total refund, delivery costs are non-refundable.
No refund request is applicable in the following cases:
- Anyone who has not presented themselves at one or other of the drop-off points.
- Any person not present during the home delivery.
Postal return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective item. Please contact our customer service in the boutique department: email@example.com for more details.
Reimbursement of goods
All goods sold on our site are non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Gestion Au Pied de Cochon inc or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. Nevertheless, Gestion Au Pied de Cochon inc and its employees will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.
As a user, you hereby indemnify Gestion Au Pied de Cochon inc from any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense resulting from your use of this site or your violation. one of the provisions set out in this document.
This document is subject to the applicable laws of Canada and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations.
For EU residents, GDPR is the applicable law governing this document. In the event of a conflict between any provision of this document and the GDPR, the GDPR rules will prevail.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in this document is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from this document. All other provisions will not be affected by laws and the rest of the document will still be considered valid.
1. Home deliveries
No request for delivery at a specific time is possible: deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Our deliverers communicate with customers, in the hour preceding a delivery in order to specify their arrival. Make sure you are present. If the order is not delivered to the customer and the delivery has still taken place, we report any undelivered order to Cabane à Sucre Au Pied de Cochon (11382 Rang Fresnière, Mirabel).
It is your responsibility to pick it up within 24 hours during store opening hours. Hours are: Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
It is impossible for us to take office hours into account. If the office is closed, we return any undelivered orders to Cabane à Sucre Au Pied de Cochon (11382 Rang Fresnière, Mirabel). It is your responsibility to pick it up within 24 hours during store opening hours. Hours are: Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In all cases and unless otherwise specified (within a reasonable period of 48 hours preceding a delivery): If you are absent, we do not leave any orders on site.
2. Drop points
We do not leave any orders behind when we visit any of the various drop-off points. It is your responsibility to pick up your order at the Cabane à Sucre Au Pied de Cochon within 24 hours.
Anyone who has not shown up at one of the drop-off points (in order to receive their order) cannot be reimbursed.
3. Fresh and frozen products
All requests, details and / or notes for our kitchens / deliverers must be sent to us 48 hours in advance of a recovery day, otherwise we will not be able to process them.
Some dishes, delivered fresh, are to be enjoyed within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order. Be vigilant or take care to freeze.
4. Delivery by carrier
Delivery times in Canada vary between 10 and 15 days. Delivery times outside Canada vary between 4 to 8 weeks.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes in the way we operate our site and the way we expect users to behave on our site. We recommend that our users check these terms and conditions from time to time to ensure that they are notified of any updates. If necessary, we will notify users by email of changes to these terms or post a notice on our site.
