SANITARY MEASURES - COVID-19
You must pick up your order according to the date selected and the time slot that was assigned to you when ordering online.
Maintain social distancing of 6 feet.
Only one person per household.
Wearing a mask is mandatory at “interior” drop-off points.
You must disinfect your hands when you arrive on the scene.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please have your order picked up by a peer.
We encourage you to leave a cooler on your doorstep to avoid contact during delivery.
If for medical reasons you cannot come to pick up your order, please have your order picked up by one of your peers.
Online orders are now closed.
How to pick up a food order made online? When you place an order online at aupieddecochon.ca, the platform offers you two recovery options:
Pour emporter/Pick up point
HOME DELIVERY OPTION
The at home delivery option means that we deliver everything to the customer's home. The delivery day is determined by the customer, according to the dates available for each delivery area.
The delivery days offered by the platform are determined according to the postal code, so if the Livraison/Delivery option does NOT appear in the choices, it is because we do NOT deliver to your area. In this case, the only option available to you is the Pour emporter/Pick up point option.
No specific time delivery request is possible: deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Make sure you are there. Our couriers communicate with customers in the hour preceding a delivery to specify their arrival. We encourage you to leave a cooler on your doorstep to avoid contact during delivery.
It is not possible for us to take office hours into account. If the office is closed, we return any undelivered order to the pop-up Au Pied de Cochon store (540 avenue Duluth, Est). It is your responsibility to pick it up, within 24 hours, during the opening hours of the store.
OUR DELIVERY / FEES / DATES / POSTAL CODES AREAS
We do not have home deliveries at the moment.
TAKE AWAY OPTION / DROP POINTS
All our dropping points are closed at the moment.
All requests, details and / or notes for our kitchens / deliverers must be sent to us 48 hours in advance of the day of recovery, otherwise we will not be able to process them.
Some dishes, delivered fresh, are to be enjoyed within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order. Be vigilant or take care to freeze.
We are not responsible for any orders left at any of our drop-off points.
We do not leave any orders behind when we visit any of the various drop-off points. Orders not collected will be repatriated to the Cabane à Sucre Au Pied de Cochon in Mirabel for a period of 24 hours.
Anyone who has not shown up at one of the drop-off points (in order to receive their order) cannot be reimbursed. If for medical reasons related to COVID-19, you cannot attend, please have your order picked up by one of your peers.

The menu is not designed to accommodate people with severe allergies or special diets. Our kitchen is open concept, so all of our products may contain traces of nuts, peanuts and gluten, etc.
Regarding gift certificates, the delivery costs are:
If combined with regular items from the store (clothing, books, etc.), Canada Post fees apply.
If ordered alone, the cost of Registered Mail service is applicable: $ 9.00.
If paired with food, with the Delivery / Delivery option, our regular delivery charges apply ($ 5 to $ 20 per delivery zone).
If paired with food, with the Take-out / Pick-up Point option, there is no charge.
REMINDER: There is no refund for any lost and / or stolen gift card.
Allow 10 to 15 business days for Canada and the United States. For international purposes, allow 6 to 8 weeks.
