Confit duck leg.

Fresh product, can be frozen.
Duck leg, duck fat, water, salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven at 350F. Heat a non-adhesive dry pan at high until very hot. Open the bag and place the leg, skin sided, on the heated pan for 4 minutes, or until grilled. Turn off the heat and cover. Finish cooking in the oven for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven. Use a spatula to delicately detach the leg from the pan and serve on your favorite plate.
