Fresh product. To be savoured before February 2020. Can be frozen.

Flour, apples, cranberries, butter, eggs, walnuts, sugar, blueberries, pears, golden grapes, cherries, dates, cantaloupe, molasses, rum, lemon, orange, cinnamon, ginger, gelinotte, brandy, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, clove.

Preparation method
Remove the cake from its can. You can serve the cake as it is, but we suggest that you heat it up in its bag for 1 minute and a half in the microwave, and let it rest for 5 minutes so the heat diffuses itself throughout the fruitcake. Open the bag and cut the cake in 6 slices. To enjoy on its own or with a spread of salted butter.

Thawing method
Placethe dish on a large plate and leave it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Follow the preparation method once thawed. 

Serves 4 to 6.
