Natural fermentation of whole bunch apples and currants for 21 days. This eye-catching cider will surprise you with its aromatic palette of summer flavors marked by the maceration of small fruits. Many have a penchant for this vintage which knows how to charm with its look, its color and its well-assumed Gadelle notes, supported by a delicate acidity. Cuvée decorated by illustrator Benoît Tardif.
