Apple cider macerated for 7 days on Frontenac gris marc from Pinard et Filles and Frontenac Noir. The bottles rest on slats for 10 months and are manually disgorged on the fly. A very aromatic natural raw cider, the maceration of red grapes is very present in this cuvée, the perfect hybrid between cider and wine. Fine and creamy bubble.
