Ingredients
Chicken, orange, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, bread crumbs, cream, duck, apple cider, brandy, maple syrup, maple vinegar, eggs, rosemary, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Containts: dairy product, eggs and gluten.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large pot, bring 6L of water to a boil.
Immerse the bag containing the chicken in the pot of boiling water and let heat for 20 minutes.
Remove from water and open bag. Pour the contents of the bag into an ovenproof pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
After 10 minutes of cooking, baste the chicken with its juice.
Water one last time before serving.
